We are members of ABTA (L8022) and we hold an ATOL Licence (6042) and operate as a member of the Freedom Travel Group which is part of the Co-operative Travel Group Limited. We will provide holiday services where we may act as your Tour Operator or your Travel Agent. When we act as Tour Operator your holiday will be booked using our ATOL licence and your Tour Operator will be Freedom Travel Group trading as Little Luxury Islands. When we act as your agent your contract will be with the Tour Operator, the Tour Operators terms will be applicable , these will be provided prior to booking at your request. Either way, all air inclusive packages are protected by the ATOL scheme of either our business or the Tour Operators and we only deal with reputable companies.
Your financial security is important to us and we always book with the leading companies to ensure your holiday will run smoothly.
Your contract is ultimately with the Tour Operator which your holiday is booked. Each tour operator will have their own booking conditions. Placing a deposit for holiday arrangements will form a contract between the party leader ( first named passenger) who is acting on behalf of all passengers in the party and the tour operator. When acting as your agent, we bear no responsibility for any product or service supplied by the tour operator.
Holiday Deposits.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferable, however if your holiday arrangements cannot be honored by the tour operator, your deposit will either be refunded or a suitable alternative will be made available to you. Deposit amounts vary dependant of booking value and holiday type, deposit amount will be detailed before booking.
Full Payment Due Date.
All bookings must be paid in full 10 weeks prior to departure, failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Passport Names.
We stress the importance of providing exact names as on passports as any miss spelling could result in the airlines refusing travel. Any penalties or fees associated with the reissue of tickets due to the above are the responsibility of the passenger, except where we ( your travel agent ) are at fault.
Holiday Prices.
Holiday prices will not change after booking unless you change travel arrangements or addition governmental surcharges are applied, these surcharges apply to the following: governmental action, currency, fuel surcharges, overflying charges and airport charges. Even in this case we will absorb and price increase up to a maximum of 0.5% of the booking value.
Insurance.
It is your responsibility to take out adequate insurance for your entire trip.
Abta bonding.
Our ABTA membership number is L8022.
Changing your booking.
Many bookings are made months in advance of travel, we understand that on occasion it may be necessary to change certain aspects of your holiday/flights. This being possible is dependent on the operator terms and conditions as well as availability. A date change of flights, if possible will generally incur a fee. If you would like to discuss any aspect of your holiday, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make all possible efforts to secure your wishes.
Changes made by the Airlines / Tour Operators.
From time to time Airlines do change and withdraw flights, if this situation should occur to any of your travel arrangements, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event of significant change, you will be offered the option to cancel your holiday or the choice of alternate travel arrangements.
Cancellation by you.
If you would like to cancel your holiday you must contact us in writing as soon as possible. As per the tour operator’s terms and conditions, any cancellation will be at loss of deposit. Depending proximity to departure date, a scale of cancellation fee will also be applied as follows:
Prior to 70 days – loss of deposit
69-43 days – 75% of total holiday cost
42-29 days – 90% of total holiday cost
28 days or less – 100% of total holiday cost
Please note that some airlines may apply certain ticketing deadlines to the booking, this could result in higher amendment and cancellation charges than listed.
