Restaurants: “Balafon” is the hotel’s main restaurant; four others include “Infinity Blue” along the beach, “Amafrooty” for light Mediterranean fare; “Seven Colours” for healthy cuisine with a Zen touch; and the “Chateau de Bel Obre,” a 19th-century manor house serving French dishes in a romantic setting overlooking the mountains and ocean.
