Each of the romantic, thatched-roof villas at North Island measures a royal 450-square meters, and offers the most luxurious of stays, with beachfront views, en-suite baths, private pools, individual kitchens and dining areas, indoor and outdoor showers, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD systems, and Internet access. Each villa also is assigned an Island Buggy for ease of transportation around the island Built of local materials including wood, stone, and glass, the Villas are beautifully designed.

The North Islands is comprised of three mountains, four lakes, and several beaches, all of which are literally yours during your stay. Activities are designed to have little impact on the natural environment, and yet allow you to enjoy the wonders that surround you there: scuba diving, snorkeling, sea kayaking, fly fishing hiking, and bicycling are all available. The hotel also offers trips to nearby Silhouette island, with a 19th century plantation house that has been converted to a museum. A fascinating research center for the giant tortoises of the Seychelles is also located there. Other trips, including bird-watching expeditions, can also be arranged.
