Each magnificently appointed villa on Fregate Island Private boasts a private pool and terrace, personal butler, and total seclusion. With a maximum capacity on the island of just 40 guests spread across all of its seven beaches, one can easily spend weeks there and never see another soul – unless, of course, you want to – or happen to encounter one of the 400 giant tortoises for which the island is known. There is plenty enough to do, however, with game fishing excursions, boat trips to nearby islands, kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, and hiking. The resort also offers special programmes for children, including arts and crafts classes, outdoor activities, and more.
