La Pirogue - Perfectly Located!
Based in Wolmer, about 50 kilometers from the airport, La Pirogue is a quick 20-minute taxi ride (25 minutes by public bus) from Quatre Bornes, where guests can enjoy great shopping and experience the culture of the island outside the secluded privacy of the hotel. But for those who see no need to leave the resort, there’s plenty available to do, from mini-football, mini-golf, and volleyball games, to kayaking, laser-sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, windsurfing, and more – or take a dip in the hotel’s impressive 1,000 square-metre pool. Parasailing, horseback riding, and a round on the local 18-hole golf course can also be arranged through the hotel, as can access to a deluxe spa at the adjoining resort, Sugar Beach.
