Rooms: 93 rooms ranging from luxury rooms to penthouse suites all with ocean views, many with private patio. Luxury rooms have views over the pool and sea; junior suites look directly out onto the sea and have private patios or terraces. One and two-bedroom suites boast additional private terrace.
Restaurants: Mediterraneo: Mediterranean-influenced cuisine created from fresh ingredients, including vegetables from the resort’s own hydroponic farm, served poolside. Chefs will create custom meals to taste. “Santorini” features nightly dining based on Mediterranean cuisine, with weekly lobster barbecues and Caribbean nights. Private dining at the Chef’s Table also available.
