The Maldives weather is relatively stable through the year and the islands are well known for year round sun. There are however certain months that experience a higher amount of rainfall than others. Rainfall in June is the highest in the year, if you are considering a holiday to the Maldives in June, you may well find that rates are greatly reduced and the islands are a little quieter. Temperatures in the Maldives are stable throughout the year, average conditions are between 28 and 31 degrees centigrade.
Average Rainfall – Maldives Weather.
Lower monthly rainfall is generally experienced from December – April at which time there is normally less than 10cm of rain per month. May – November months are known as the “wet season” but the conditions are still very good. On average the Maldives will have between 15 and 25 cm of rain fall each month.
